The Write Home is designed for professionals, creatives, and travelers in need of comfortable, fully furnished housing for extended stays. Whether you're a business traveler on assignment, a film industry professional working on a production, or someone relocating to Atlanta, our spaces provide a stylish and functional home base.

Dates can go fast, so booking early is advised. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance (or more) for the highest chance of your desired date being available, and your request being accepted. Last minute requests are subject to the availability of the home.

At this time, the calendar is only open 60 days in advance. Should you need a date that’s beyond 60 days, please e-mail hello@thewritehome.co with your request.

Yes, we offer extended stays, and corporate rates may be available for longer-term bookings. For stays booked outside of the platform, a background check, security deposit, and signed lease may be required at the owner’s discretion. Please reach out to us directly for more information on availability and rates.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking or 30+ days in advance from the check-in date are 100% refundable.

Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to the check-in date are refundable by 50%.

Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less from the check-in date are non-refundable.
