Refund Policy

You will receive a 100% refund until 24 hours after the booking is accepted and until 30 days before check-in. You will receive a 50% refund until 7 days before check-in. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.

All cancellations and changes to reservations must be done through The Write Home.
